Terms & Conditions

These Terms govern your relationship with the operator of the online gambling services made available through tlc99-au.com ("Tlc99"). They apply to your access to and use of the website, mobile versions and related services and are effective from 1 January 2026.

Introduction

Account Registration

Eligibility and Age Requirements

You are responsible for all activities that occur under your Account unless the Operator has failed to implement reasonable security measures.
  • Personal use only: You may not allow any other person to use your Account, and you may not use any other person's Account. Accounts must not be used for commercial, professional, or syndicate betting/gambling purposes.
  • Prohibited behaviour: You agree not to engage in fraud, money laundering, collusion, use of bots or automated tools, exploitation of software bugs, or any other unfair or unlawful conduct. Suspected breaches may lead to investigation, suspension or termination of your Account, and potential reporting to authorities.

Betting & Gameplay Rules

General Principles

  • Game rules: Each game or category of games (for example slots, live dealer, table games) is governed by its specific rules and payout tables, as displayed on the Site or within the game interface. By placing a Bet or Wager, you confirm that you have read and understood the relevant game rules.
  • Time of acceptance: A Bet or Wager is considered placed and accepted when it is recorded on the Operator's servers. The transaction history in your Account will be deemed conclusive evidence of the details of your Bets and Wagers, save for manifest error.
  • Currency and value: Bets and Wagers are placed in the currency displayed in your Account. Where cryptocurrency is used, values may be converted to an internal reference currency for accounting and bonus purposes.

Bet Limits and Types

Cancellation and Modification of Bets

  • User-initiated changes: Once a Bet or Wager has been placed and confirmed by the system, you generally cannot cancel, amend, or withdraw it. You are responsible for ensuring that all details of your Bet are correct before confirmation.
  • Operator-initiated changes: The Operator may, in limited circumstances (for example technical faults, malfunction, or regulatory requirement), cancel or adjust a Bet or game round. In such cases, the Operator will usually:
    • Return the stake to your Real Money Balance; and/or
    • Adjust your balance to reflect the correct outcome that would have occurred absent the error.

  • Respectful behaviour: When using live casino tables, chat functions, or any interactive features, you must treat dealers, staff, and other Players with respect. Abusive, racist, sexist, threatening, obscene, or otherwise offensive language or behaviour is strictly prohibited.

Bonus Terms

General Bonus Principles

  • Separate terms: All Bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards offered by Tlc99 are subject to these Terms as well as any specific promotional or campaign terms published on https://tlc99-au.com at the time of the offer (the "Bonus Terms"). In the event of conflict, the specific Bonus Terms prevail for that promotion.
  • Eligibility: Bonuses may be limited to Users meeting certain conditions (for example new Players, Players located in specific markets such as Australia, or Players using specific payment methods such as PayID or cryptocurrency). Activation and Wagering Requirements

  • Bonus activation: To activate a Bonus, you may be required to:

Balance Management and Refunds

  • Maximum liability: Subject to non-excludable statutory rights under applicable law (including any mandatory consumer protections), the Operator's aggregate liability to you in respect of any claim arising from a specific Bet, Wager, or game shall not exceed the amount of the stake or Bet placed by you for that particular transaction. For other claims, the Operator's total aggregate liability to you in any 12-month period shall not exceed the total amount of deposits you have made to your Account with Tlc99 during the same period.
